Christina is incredibly attentive, quickly responsive, so easy to work with, and she put together the perfect trip to match our desired Spain and Italy trip UNDER our planned budget (including private transfers and all)! Christina helped with the coordination of every detail (i.e. making sure that we had the airline seats that we wanted, had apartment-style layouts in each city, etc). She made the entire process so seamless for us, and we are so grateful (especially since we decided to take this trip VERY last minute). She also gave us great recommendations for our travel plans (i.e. recommendations on flights and number of cities to visit so that the trip was enjoyable and not too much for us and our baby)! We have worked with other travel agents in the past, but we will ONLY work with and recommend Christina moving forward! She helped us plan 3 trips getting all our preferences and details just right and then we ended up changing plans and she helped us cancel 2 of the trips with no questions asked.
