My Planning Process

When you book travel planning services, you receive a fully customized itinerary designed specifically for your trip. This includes:

• Personalized trip design based on your preferences and inspiration
• Destination research tailored to your travel goals
• Recommended accommodations that fit your style and budget
• Transportation guidance between destinations
• Daily itinerary planning with suggested activities and experiences
• One round of revisions to fine-tune your itinerary

Each itinerary is built to be practical, detailed, and easy to follow—so you can focus on enjoying your trip instead of planning every detail yourself.

Step 1

Inquiry & Discovery Call

Start by filling out my trip inquiry form and sharing a bit about what you’re imagining—favorite stories, destinations, travel style, and who’s coming along. I’ll follow up with an invitation to a short call where we’ll chat about your vision and see if we’re a good fit to work together.

Step 2

Custom Research & Itinerary Design

Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll collect a one-time planning fee based on the complexity of your trip (see below). Then I’ll get to work crafting a fully custom itinerary designed around your interests, fandoms, and travel preferences. You’ll receive a digital proposal packed with curated options and ideas to get excited about.

Step 3

Feedback & Revisions

This is your adventure, and your feedback matters. After reviewing the plan, we’ll make any needed adjustments—maybe more time in one place, a different hotel, or an added experience you didn’t know was possible. I’ll fine-tune the details so everything feels just right.

Step 4

Booking & Arrangements

Once you’re thrilled with the itinerary, I take care of the reservations—from flights and hotels to transfers and excursions. As the trip gets closer, you’ll have the chance to add things like dining reservations, experiences, or upgrades to make the journey even more special.

Step 5

Final Prep & On-Call Support

A few weeks before you leave, I’ll send everything you need—your final itinerary, custom tips, packing suggestions, and destination-specific guides. We’ll hop on a final call to walk through your trip and make sure you feel fully prepared. And while you’re traveling, I’m just a message away if you need help.

Planning Fee Structure

I charge a flat planning fee to begin working on your itinerary. This allows me to give your trip the time and attention it deserves—without rushing or cutting corners.

Custom Book Inspired Itineraries (per small group or family):

The Chapter

Up to 7 Days — $100
A short but meaningful getaway—perfect for a single destination or a quick dive into a favorite world.

The Quest

Up to 14 Days — $200
A deeper journey across multiple locations or storylines. More room for magic, mystery, and memorable moments.

The Saga

Up to 21 Days — $300
An epic journey worthy of a trilogy. Ideal for multi-country trips, slow travel, or immersive fantasy experiences.

The Legend

Over 21 Days — Let’s talk!
A truly legendary adventure that spans kingdoms, continents, or maybe even timelines. Let’s design it together.

Additional Details

A small group is defined as up to 6 travelers sharing one itinerary.

One-Off Services (Not Part of a Custom Trip Plan)

Domestic flight, hotel, or car rental: $30
International flight: $50
