Fantasy travel brings fictional worlds to life through real-world experiences. Think castle tours inspired by Outlander, walking in the footsteps of Harry Potter characters, or exploring Lord of the Rings filming sites in New Zealand. If you’ve ever wanted to step into the setting of your favorite book, show, or legend—this is for you.

Not at all! While fantasy is my specialty, I also plan custom vacations throughout Europe, ocean and river cruises, and group travel experiences. Whether you’re chasing dragons or just looking to sip espresso in Paris, I’ve got you covered.

Absolutely! While I work with a lot of readers and fandoms, you don’t have to wear a cloak or speak Elvish to travel with me. If you love history, castles, mythology, or immersive cultural travel, we’ll make a great team.

I offer full-service trip planning—from idea to itinerary. That includes researching destinations, booking accommodations and tours, managing transportation, and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. I specialize in:

  • Fantasy & fandom-based travel
  • European vacations
  • UK & Ireland tours
  • Ocean and river cruising
  • Group trips and multigenerational travel

Planning fees depend on the length and complexity of your trip:

Custom Trip Planning (per small group or family):
🧳 Up to 7 Days — $100
🗺 Up to 14 Days — $200
🌍 Up to 21 Days — $300
🌟 Over 21 Days — Let’s chat!

One-Off Services:
✈️ Domestic flight, hotel, or car rental — $30
🌐 International flight — $50

A small group is up to 6 people on one itinerary.

Your fee covers the time, research, and care that goes into creating a highly personalized trip. It includes:

  • A consultation call and travel intake
  • Custom proposal and itinerary design
  • Booking of all travel components
  • Pre-departure guides, packing tips & destination info
  • On-trip support while you travel

For international travel or themed itineraries, I recommend starting planning at least 6–9 months in advance. Cruises can be booked even further out (especially for groups or specialty sailings). Shorter getaways? I can often work with less lead time—just reach out!

Yes! I plan trips to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Orlando, Walt Disney World in Orlando, and other theme park destinations that tie into your favorite fandoms. Whether you’re going solo, with kids, or with fellow fans, I’ll help you make the most of the magic.

Definitely! I love working with multigenerational families, homeschool groups, fandom clubs, and friends looking to explore together. I’ll handle all the logistics so everyone can relax and enjoy the adventure.

Sure, you can spend hours researching and hoping it all fits together. But when you work with me, you get:

  • Expert planning tailored to you
  • Insider insight on fantasy and historical destinations
  • Stress-free coordination and personalized support
  • A thoughtfully designed, story-rich experience

You bring the fandom. I’ll bring the planning.

Custom trip proposals usually take 5–10 business days after your consultation. The earlier we start, the better—especially for international or fandom-based travel that may involve specific tours, cruises, or accommodations.

Absolutely! I’ll take care of the logistics, but your input shapes the entire journey. You’ll review the proposal, give feedback, and approve every major decision. It’s your adventure—I just help bring it to life.

While I don’t manage points-based bookings myself, I’m happy to guide you in using your rewards where it makes sense (for flights, hotels, etc.) and build the rest of your trip around it.

Yes—with a caveat. While I can book vetted vacation rentals through trusted partners, I do not book Airbnb or VRBO properties. These platforms don’t allow advisors to vet individual listings or intervene if issues arise. My goal is to ensure your vacation runs smoothly and without unpleasant surprises, so I stick to professionally managed rentals with strong reputations, support teams, and verified quality.

If you’re looking for a private home, castle, or villa experience—I’ve got great options to recommend!

At minimum, you’ll need a valid passport (check the expiration date—some countries require 6 months’ validity). Depending on the destination, you may also need a visa, travel insurance, or health documentation. I’ll guide you through all requirements specific to your trip.
